Pathetic management and managers, want you to over work yourself even when you are not well else your performance is impacted
Showing value to employees and giving them fair market value. They work day in and day out trying to make the customers happy and to re-new without the front line folks executives would not be getting there big fat bonus payments
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Equity is way above average. Lots of opportunities to overachieve.
My base pay is fair.
They reward performance and encourage professional growth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is a very big pay discrepancy. It really varies on the location and role but there needs to be a massive re-evaluation of salary based on today's economy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very helpful and honest

Very bright, eager to learn, eager to share, international composition.
My team is helpful and will always try to assist whenever asked.
Global and very collaborative amazing group of people always willing to help out and collaborate

Never come in office work remotely but exoect ke to come in
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A large number of very driven, smart people are employed here.
The company encourages and promotes a sense of unity in the organization. All for one, and one for all!

What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed positive interaction and open ended questions that helped them determine my ability to learn and interact, and not measure exactly what I already knew.
