  • Depends on your manager and you to be honest. There is lots of time available to take off and if you can work from home you can set your own scheduled however its really up to you to be disciplined enough to make sure your taking time off. Also there are some employees with the Freedom Plan (unlimited Vacation) this is good and bad at the same time. Bad in the sense that managers don't have insight on how much time you took off. Good that its unlimited at your managers discretion of course.

  • Great. Once was a challenge but now great effort is made to promote a healthy lifestyle

  • Great. The channels are in place to provide support when your done your daily 8 hours and over weekends. SAP encourages vacation usage and to spend time with family.

  • Not flexible, because i work 12+ hours a day and still don’t get down what I need to get done. we work over over 60+ hours, I’ve never worked harder on my career due to the admin. Stuff and trying to over come poor customer sat. Issues to try to earn business. I am not making better money here either.

  • Very generous. The longer you work there, the more annual leave you are eligible for. It caps at 25 days a year, plus 5 personal days you can take. I’ve also never seen a time when someone was denied a request to use their time off.
