  • The leadership team does not have a strong design background so they struggle with crafting a design vision and understanding the tactile elements of design. However they are great at rallying the troops and promoting the value of design internally and externally.

  • The vibe is super chill and very intimate. The department is very close and do activities outside of work together. The hours are flexible depending on your project and are not regulated at all. As long as you finish your work you can go home. Typically we work from home once a week as well
