Varies based on the group that your within. There are some very good sales teams with great leadership. The one constant at SAP is change and this means within the sales leadership areas as well.
What's the vibe like in the Marketing dept at SAP? How many hours are you working?

Pretty awesome but a little siloed. It’s pretty big
How's the leadership on the Design team at SAP?
The leadership team does not have a strong design background so they struggle with crafting a design vision and understanding the tactile elements of design. However they are great at rallying the troops and promoting the value of design internally and externally.
What's the vibe like in the Design dept at SAP? How many hours are you working?
The vibe is super chill and very intimate. The department is very close and do activities outside of work together. The hours are flexible depending on your project and are not regulated at all. As long as you finish your work you can go home. Typically we work from home once a week as well

Qualifications, Experience, internal political.
What interview questions does SAP ask?
Depends on the interviewer, but I would plan for questions into your work history regarding typical sales challenges - things like: "Give me an example of where you led a team through a complex sales cycle." "Give me an example of where you cam from behind to beat out rivals in a competitive process." "Tell me how you make up for shortfalls in pipeline/forecast when those come up suddenly at quarter or year end."
