Driver pay is quite good. No it's not too pay for the industry, but it's good enough and is worth it considering Schneider is such a wonderful employer. Can't put a price on safety and integrity.

A fair bonus which now its not

When they say they will give us layover pay for having to sit all day they should actually give it to us.

This company has a nasty habit of heaping more and more work on their office associates without compensating them for taking on additional responsibilities.
