What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New leadership. The CEO as no clue how to run a startup. Learning on the fly and hes a thief.
CEO/ needs to hire someone to run his company and he focus on product

Got to the point, very informative and transparent. But when you became an employee, that all went out the door
