Stop being yes men, stand up foe what you believe. Stop allowing yourself to be treated like this.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New leadership. The CEO as no clue how to run a startup. Learning on the fly and hes a thief.
CEO/ needs to hire someone to run his company and he focus on product
