What makes you most happy at work?
being able to help others in their daily tasks, both clients and employees
The everyday workers that do the work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Poor leadership. Non sincer , kick the lower guy politics
No one feels like they have job security. Corp shares the building with Foods and SOTG. Corp and SOTG are on the top floor and Foods is in the remaining floors. Foods employees will get questioned if they are on the top floor and they better not use the breakroom. Foods feels like 2nd class citizens
