They are well educated. Till you get to rhe managers. They have there favorates.

Pay your employees what they deserve and don't force them to put together a justification for promotions. Give them promotions and raises based on the work they do everyday.

Get back to human compasion and understanding
My raise was less than inflation and I am already underpaid. Pay your employees what they deserve or you will continue to lose them.

Communication about upcoming projects is unbelievable. Management makes decisions without employees input. A new project can come your way without any clue even if you are really busy already.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Poor leadership. Non sincer , kick the lower guy politics
No one feels like they have job security. Corp shares the building with Foods and SOTG. Corp and SOTG are on the top floor and Foods is in the remaining floors. Foods employees will get questioned if they are on the top floor and they better not use the breakroom. Foods feels like 2nd class citizens
