This company is great company, however, it lucks a diversity in work force. Basically, dominated by one Ethinic group: namely Vietnamese who completely strong hord of the company in every shift of the Normale location. Mostly, no English spoken and it's hard for people like me to survive. I hate it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's always a joke no issues being discussed other than a joke.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There are no respect for minority worker who can't speak Vietnamese language. I am inferior all the time.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I don't know who they are and it doesn't matter anyway. The company culture and diversity is absolutely nonsense.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
People need to speak the language of the business that way they can interact with the people who they work with efficiently.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am still hanging out of balance due to I am not getting full employment yet. They kept me at bay in temporary cribs.
