Interactions with co-workers, knowledge that my contributions are useful and valued, and perfectly tweaked ergonomics (Seagate has always ensured their employees don't suffer overuse injury).
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was INTENSE! Four hours solid, five interviewers. Like a pop quiz on my entire career. Loved it! It was exciting and invigorating. I couldn't wait to start after I finished the interviews.
