Progress is slow and unfair compensation based on historical data. Incompetent staffs getting better pay. Claim that there are development opportunity given to all but its quite unfair in the selection process. Most important recruitment team are not professional enough. Turn off!

Look into fairer compensation for deserved staffs and performance review structure. Many incompetent people doing the jobs yet there is no actions taken. Company have great policy but some people are not even following the policy.
