What did you like most about the interview process?
An informal round of calls with influencers followed by a face to face to confirm suitability with senior hiring authority. the firm offered additional compensation to make up for lost vacation time from a previous job.
I felt it was very fair! However i had already been told the work is great from other colleagues. However, its known that Serco doesnt pay top dollar and even close to what competitors pay. Hence they underbid cintracts and pray that can keep employees in positions because they are happy in the job.

My company was purchased as part of an acquisition so I did not have to interview.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Start filtering people for the positions better, utilise your HR, not your managers.
