What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

They are positively pro-active regarding culture.

People care about each other. Focus on work -life balance and flexible schedules are helpful.

Wellness programs, individualized check ins and strong team dynamics.

Leaders recognize quality performance and there seem always to be multiple options for moving on and moving up.

We are profesionally diversified and continually learn from each other. We have 8 SMEs that are absolute experts in each area of their job field. The work flow runs very smooth and our customer praises our work often. Serco permanent employee running lead on contract does cause issues with our image

I can hardly think of anything positive it is just so toxic that every day becomes a survival.
