They get the job done. We work together learning from each other. Communications flow is very positive on our team. Only gripe across the board are with mid level management not having required qualifications and working in lead positions on contracts with customers. Serco needs more SMEs

Coworkers need to stop bullying each other, start respecting each other and be willing to help each other. Start celebrating each other's success not tare the person down or worse completely ignoring the good work they are doing.
