Service Express has changed my life for the better - a career I truly enjoy, with people I have strong bonds with. It's been an incredible learning experience, and I'm excited for my future and the future of our teams.

Everyone cares about one another and will do anything to help eachother out.

People here are encouraged to share ideas and thoughts, and everything is possible.

Most of the leaders here genuinely care about the people that work for them.

The people I am surrounded by and the support I get from other leaders.

I don't utilize most of the benefits aside from investments and 401k which seems fair for our size.

I earn a living to provide for my family and future, and truly enjoy what I do and the people I work with.

We get a lot of support not just from the day-to-day work side of things, but from the relationship side of things as well.

The team dynamic goes beyond just coworkers. There are strong personal connections with everyone, and everyone holds one another accountable which makes us succeed as a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone naturally wants to do a great job, and understands how their contributions impact the company as a whole. Additionally, people have built connections that hold outside of work as well.
