Pay rate is good compared to the same position in other companies. PTO, Holidays, SE does a fantastic job allowing us the time.

direct departmental leadership cares and is working hard to provide direction even though it feels unclear where we are headed or what the priorities are.

Culture has somehow changed since COVID but we are still finding ways to show our appreciation and care. Company makes an effort to allow us work/home balance. This year, the work environment has started to decrease since we started acquiring so many companies, so fast. More stressful
