They are very invested in my team and what we offer. In the past few years we are seen as trusted advisors rather than order takers and that is because we have their support as a partner.

The flexibility of working home or in the office and we are now more open to hiring candidates from anywhere, this helps with the candidate pool. I also like that we are a growing company and this will provide us with so many opportunities in the future.
