Overall, SE is truly hard to beat.. between the people, the work-life balance (for my team) - its pretty great. there are some current struggles occurring from within, but hopefully they can get ironed out

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The TA team is bringing the talent to our awesome company and feel as if we should get some sort of raise or commission rather than having to wait annually..

If you look at market average prices, I personally am at the lower end of it. Would like to grow more as far as comp goes as I do not receive bonus's OR commissions...

I am the second most senior on my team, have taken on more responsibilities, have been told multiple times I would get a raise and then it falls through and I never do (been told specific numbers I would be raised to), also was told I would get the market raise which never happened either
