I have been with Service Express for many years now and I just appreciate how much of a wild ride it has been since I first started. We are consistently growing and progressing- it makes it exciting to know that there are so many opportunities awaiting us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team mostly seems to genuinely care about the company and doing their job well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel that we have a ways to go to compensate all of our people fairly. Our benefits are quite expensive too.
What makes you most happy at work?
My leader and members of my team. I also would say that I love the work that I do. Not many people can say that they love their job- and I love my job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have some really fantastic leaders who genuinely care about their teams. I have found some leaders going out of their way to create paths for their employees to grow into based on skills and interests.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I do love when we can do things together as a team and take a step away from work. I also enjoy that I can easily interact with other teams and departments to get to know them.
