We have great collaboration and thoughts on where we are going and how to get there. Whether or not that gets implemented from a higher level is a different story.

When you start looking at what other companies are paying in the same industry we seem to be below the average. We also dont pay cost of living increases based off where we live and feel that our people can just make it up in there commissions.
