What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone has a clear understanding of where we are going and understands that changes have to happen if we want to meet our goals

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have great collaboration and thoughts on where we are going and how to get there. Whether or not that gets implemented from a higher level is a different story.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They have a clear understading of where we are trying to get to. If you talk to the executive it is always beneficial understanding how we are going to get there.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

When you start looking at what other companies are paying in the same industry we seem to be below the average. We also dont pay cost of living increases based off where we live and feel that our people can just make it up in there commissions.
