The culture and high expectations laid out. They are challenging and tough, but creates a great culture.

Committed to raising the bar, questioning things, and bringing light/positivity into meetings, but still able to have health conflict when necessary.

I am rewarded for my hard work and it has shown between promotions and raises to match over the last few years.

We are ALL in this together and all commit to show up each day, giving it our all - success or failure, we keep going.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The camaraderie. Yes, we are moving fast, but for those that are excited about moving fast, we are all in it together and nothing seems too big to tackle because of it.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I am pursuing my passion. And that can't happen at any place of work, the passion comes from work AT Service Express, the people I get to work with daily, and the goals we are driving too. Each week I look back seeing how much progress that was made and change that was implemented.
