My overall experience working with the company has been great. What I like most is the culture, in which the company provides great work-life balance. I also enjoy the people I work with as everyone seems to be willing to help and the company has a very positive work environment.

I believe the pay could be a little better to adjust with the cost of inflation.

I like how my leadership team focus on giving credit to others in the organization for getting the job done instead of taking credit for themselves.
