Management totally disconnected from what is going on. They are clueless. Mediocre raise.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We need a change of personnel, period. As long as we keep the folks who created all of the problem we can't have a solution.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management. New faces. Folks who are serious about investing their energy in their employee. No more clueless folks please. No more glorify sales rep to run the show.

management. we are not appreciated. they are useless. Can't get them to do anything good for us. Taking away money from us when we put in extra hours not such a good idea. stingy, money pinching
