It was great! As we have grown, and new leaders and employees have come in through aquisitions, it has become increasingly worse. As employees, we keep losing pay, reimburesments, and team gatherings. It's all about work, work, work, and no family, or team.

Do more team functions and team building.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the culture and environment currently, is not positive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay employees for being on call. Pay hourly employees better for being on call during the holidays. hours should be 8-4 and not 8-5 We re only paid for a 40 hour week, and we actually work a 45 hour week.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I would appreciate if our leadership would actually lead, and not manage. They have a motto, "do as I say, and not as I do". it's all about what is best for the company, and not what's best for the employee or the customer.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pay employees fairly. We have very poor leaders in the company. Hire more workers, so we can take care of our customers, and take care of the employees with better work balance. My direct manager, has no idea what is actually going on, or doesn't care.
