It's overall been great, I have grown tremendously both professionally and personally in the past eight years. I'm thankful to have been given the opportunity to be part of this organization.

Being able to do something I enjoy and being comfortable in the fact that I do it well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
communication regarding growth and direction of our company. Also providing clear and measurable goals for everyone helps make sure we're on track.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexibility in my job, there are many more but this has been by far the main thing that has kept me at Service Express for many years.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We maintain close communication between our team members to help us achieve the highest level of return on work. We're always ready to jump in and help each other if needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The willingness to assist any other employee in need and I sincerely hope that it continues as we continue to grow. In general everyone understands and follows this approach / very few exceptions within our organization.
