Love this company and amazing culture. However I do feel that if I had the same success at a similar company I would receive higher compensation. I believe this is why many top performers have left Service Express.

I have not had a raise in a few years. While the cost of living has gone up significantly. I have succeeded with very high quotas and have continued to make the company more money year after year.
