It has been nothing but a positive experience and a unique new way of working vs working over 40hours with no real communication from team members.

Having a variety of functions and the doing the best I can for the customer.

The focus to have a healthy work/life balance in addition to doing a job well done is the focal point.

everyone works together even though some work remote and some in the office, they still come together and work as if there was no difference.

being able to manage my workload and my schedule for the day. I understand what is expected and allowed to structure my day accordingly and not be micromanaged.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are a great at communicating which is important as there are remote people on the team. The remote members feel like a part of the team even though not in the office.
