Our ability to gel and help each other with anything needed. The support system we provide one another and upbeat attitude is top notch!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued as an employee and contributor in the sense of being appreciated for what I do. But the pay level of myself and my teammates is not up to the level of the rest of the market. We've had teammates leave to other companies doing the same work or less for $30k more a year.
