I have enjoyed my time with Service Express. It's an exciting place and time to be here. There are a lot of moving parts, moving quickly but because we have the right team, it makes the hardest days not that bad. Hoping they can continue to retain some of our most valuable talent during this time.

Everyones willing to help, even if they are spread thin. You'll never hear "thats not my job"
What makes you most happy at work?
Opportunities to work on projects that impact my team and other teams positively, helping others understand and achieve goals, encouraging each other, being valued, being spoken to politely and being encouraged to take on projects that inspire me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My wages aren't competitive for the marketplace and the value I am able to bring to my team. I really love Service Express, and want to stay long term - I need more opportunities to earn what I'd like to make. It seems my department has been an exception to the rule as far as outlets for growth.
