For me it's the ability to increase my monthly checks with the commission structure . The hard work is worth the benefit

They all push eachother towards greatness, we come together and lift one another up and take pride in everybody's success and work together to get everybody there

The way everybody works together as a unit, and celebrates all the wins together and also is there for the lows . It's unlike anywhere I have worked previously

They are all motivated by success but that doesn't always look only like a number, they look at personal growth in your role and how far you push yourself , they also care about you hitting your vision on your personal goals too. You are more than a number
