The openness to share our thoughts and new ideas. All team members are working towards the same goals and proactively look for ways to help others within our own team to make them successful.

I am able to use my gifts daily, I am in the right seat on the bus and the flexibility in my work. I also look forward to interacting with my team as we support each other throughout the day.
