From the sales side, it is great mix between salary and commission.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work from home and travel to visit my clients on a quarterly basis.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've been with Service Express since 2019 and the culture is second to none here. Still have the same energy as if it was my first day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The length. It is a six step interview process. Going in, it is overwhelming and seems like a lot. But after, you truly know if this is a good fit for you and vice versa. I wouldn't change it.
