It's been fantastic so far. I have learned so much and the people here really are amazing. They are people that I look forward to seeing every day and I am proud to say I am friends with them outside of work now. I have grown so much professionally at this role and found both successes and failures
What makes you most happy at work?
The little amounts of time in between tasks/at breaks where I can catch up/talk with one or two people. It gives me energy to keep going through my day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is full of a bunch of talented and great people. They always make time for you and are the type of friends you would want to have outside of work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very clear and direct about where the goals are for the company and our progress on those goals, and we know how important each individual team and job is in order to get to those goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way everyone cares about each other here. It is so clearly welcoming and people focused that it motivates me to do better work because I can be comfortable knowing that they are also giving this job their all.
