We all truly work as a time! Everyone is welcoming, inclusive and helpful if you ask questions! We are each others cheerleaders.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always available to answer questions. Have patience when explaining things. Always direct us to someone who can be a resource if they aren't available at that exact time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone cheers everyone else on! if someone is having a rough day, everyone is supportive and understanding that we are human and not going to be having a great day every day
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting paid more. I just think that with cost of living these days it is silly that anyone is getting paid under 55k a year. We should at least be making 50k-55k a year.
