Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More opportunity to earn based on performance. The commission structure leaves me deflated at the end of the month if I started slower. But if it were a consistent $ amount each meeting held, I would feel more inclined to fight to the end regardless of my current held meetings
