I love that leadership is transparent, invests in their team constantly, and provides clear-cut support on how to move up within the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Living in a big city is very expensive. Although I am on the higher end of the compensation scale for my role, I still am barely surviving off of my salary.
