the business as strived to make things better and i can feel the improvements and it feels like most of the SLT Cares - I personally have a great Boss - SP he cares and helped me loads to become a better person but also very understanding - its defo made me a more confident person each day

they listen and seem to take on board people feelings and opinions which is nice to see compared to few years back defo change for the better

its improved over last year as people are more engaging and im no longer afraid to ask for help and support bith for work and personal issues

My customers and helping them with the needs to help grow and align business offerings. And bringing on new customers and achieving my own goals each day
