We support one another. If someone is having an off day, maybe with a customer, others will jump in to help. We talk through problems we are having. We genuinely care about each other.
My workload has more then doubled. On top of the workload I have, I also had to help develop, test and train the UK team on how to navigate our systems. My raise wasn't enough to cover the cost of living increase.
