Very good. Everyone I have met or worked with has been great. Some of the normal "big company" challenges like work is siloed, projects take a long time, needs lots of overhead for communication and coordination. I am a Midwesterner so it takes a while to get the hang of California cullture.

Seems very complete to me. Best part is stock options.

I am not that connected as I do other projects, but they are a fun group and performance oriented.
