I've been at ServiceTitan for a few months now and this is the best company I have ever worked for. I was onboarded remotely and both the new hire orientation team, as well as my own team, were absolutely amazing in making me feel welcomed and like a valued member of the team.

Everyone here is super friendly and genuinely excited to work for the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The comraderies and teamwork. Everyone is willing to help and collaborate. I don't feel like I work for my manager, but with my manager.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The Recruiter whom I worked with was very knowledgeable and responsive. I was also able to speak with many different team members and get different perspectives which was helpful in making my decision to join.
