No one is afraid to roll up their sleeves and do front line work. They've invested in being better each day and that's incredibly rewarding.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The equity has made it even more rewarding to work here and ServiceTitan has also improved on their benefits package immensely since I first started working here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people makes the company incredibly positive. There's also tons of ways to have your voice heard through different ERG groups and there's always great sessions from fantastic speakers that come and educate our team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I love about our leadership team is that they are constantly innovating and not afraid to test out new ideas/concepts. Even at the stage of company that we're at, if you come to the table with a great idea, our leadership team will empower you to execute on that idea.
