We are a team and actually work as a team. We all have each others back and willing to help if needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very knowledgeable, understanding, respectful, give recognition where do and always willing to help. They have stepped in when needed an not just managed behind a closed door.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical, Dental and Vision is reasonably priced so I can afford it for my entire family and not struggle or stress about can we afford to have it and still be financially stable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They give you the resources, help, knowledge base to succeed without struggling to learn what needs to be done. You aren't necessarily thrown into the deep end without at least having someone to help bail you out if you start to drown.
What did you like most about the interview process?
What I liked most about the interview process was the ability to see who I was going to be working with and getting to see the different personalities. They all asked questions that helped gleam the type of team was built and what was expected of you to be in that team.
