They are human. They are present. I know who they are. They are humble, appreciative, respectful and available.
What makes you most happy at work?
The pride I feel in having the opportunity to work with such amazing people - coworkers and clients. Hardest working people!!!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It addresses all facets of life...not just money. Health, happiness, future security, simplicity and transparency are all part of the equation. I even get my reviews on time - that's fresh!!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I never thought I could feel the "team spirit" in a remote atmosphere (which is new to me). People are respectful and appreciative of each other. People are really creative too - so we find ways to bond and have a little fun through the ether.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are in it together. We are in it to win it. And...winning is client-centric. They win first, we win next. No fear here...no need to be bashful. It is so BIG you think you might just be a number but I personally have NEVER felt that way for even one second.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was thorough to say the least - I know when I "got the job" that I should be proud. The company made it painless however it is obvious they aren't taking just any Tom, Dick or Harry off of the street. My resume is pretty great...but I still felt very honored to be offered a position.
