What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct managers and the immediate leadership members of my team take stock of how we are doing not only professionally, but on a personal level. They encourage candid feedback and work together with employees for solutions. Sincerely care about their reports.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I'm making a difference in not only the lives of our customers, but in the lives of my colleagues. Either by making processes more efficient, or tackling issues at their root to mitigate them and increase positive sentiment all around.
