ServiceTitan is an incredible place to work. It is filled with smart, nice people who believe in the mission and core values, and we have excellent founders. However, with the growth we've started bringing in lots of new leaders from the outside, and I see the culture starting to get diluted.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is hardworking, caring, and motivated to do a good job.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that the interviewers didn't sugarcoat the harder aspects of the job. I felt like they tried to be transparent and give an accurate depiction of the role.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that for the most part they seem to put their egos aside for the greater good, are good communicators, have a common vision, and are decent people who share the company's values.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
ServiceTitan is incredibly generous if you look at total compensation. Not only are salaries good, but we have incredible medical benefits, stock options, and 401K. I think the best part is the 20K in fertility coverage for women trying to get pregnant.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a culture of giving back and looking out for others. We don't leave anyone behind and care about each other on a personal level. Most recently we had some of our coworkers stranded in Russia and Ukraine. Our founders and other titans banded together and chartered planes to get them out!
