Getting to work with such amazing people. Getting the chance to improve the lives of blue collar workers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team has always been extremely transparent. They shine light into decision making, priorities, challenges, financials, etc., beyond any other company I've seen.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The collaborative nature of the team. Everyone is laid back any willing to work to help others out. Rarely do I come across someone who is 'hard to work with'.
