They do everything possible to ensure the person will be a culture fit.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Since the movement at the C Level happened a few months ago, the positive change in culture has been very obvious. It is true that it "starts at the top tiers". Leadership is caring and thoughtful of employees and customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company really does think about the employees. I see people complain about the Holiday gift which is ridiculous. The company thought of the employees and gave something that they did not have too. Many companies provide nothing. I am grateful for ServiceTitan's thoughtfulness.
