Constantly harassed by some employees and management. Favoritism at every location I worked at. no fairness between managers or employees. managers abuse, their power. Employees vile and disgusting.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
To actually hire people that is willing to work hard not just people trying to make a buck
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers, lack work ethics. They don't care about the way they make food they don't care about our guess. They care about just working with each other or with their best friends and creating a terrible environment
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Can't allow friends to work with each other because then they don't work, and they treat others terribly. Too much favoritism with Manager 's team members. Too much slacking off managers and team members hanging out and drinking after work.
