Gm and shift leads are always threating people with write ups or term. Never feel safe at my job, team members threaten to jump you if youre to slow at the job. Gm wont do anything about it but laugh . I try emailing HR to report my Gm and shift leads but i never heard anything back. I hate my job

Theyll hire anyone, you can get hired in pajamas

Nothing i hate working here, i cant wait to find a new job.

I got threaten to get jump if i didnt pick up the pace .

We are slow, youll wait 40 min for a hotdog . No one cares about anything it seems like
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything , everything is out of order. Nothing works . I try giving real advice . GM or shift leads doesnt care. They only in it for the quartly bonus
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hire someone who treats their team with dignity and not harrasing everyone . Making everyone walk out and quit because its not worth the disrespect we get. I go home and feel anxity all night from work harrasing me and no one doing anything about it.
