What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being fair towards team members, not favoring trainers, not promoting team members who haven't worked for it and don't know the positions. Promoting teenagers who don't deserve it and don't work more than 4 hours at a time.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Actually learn the positions involved and execute them to the best of their abilities. Most of the staff at Westlake Shake Shack 1246 weren't trained by trainers or cross trainers, they were trained by teenagers trying to become trainers that don't even know the station they're assigned to train on.
